A walk 20km ascent 800m

B walk 18km ascent 100m

A Start point (O89893) at Inverey we then head south down track leave the track and steeply ascend Craeg an Lochan. (082839) The next point is Carn Craegach (069830) from here we drop west to a bealach and then climb steeply to the summit of Carn Bhac (051832). We then descend WSW then north along the ridge to The Battery top which can be boggy in places. Finally we meet the track and head back to Inverey. This walk can be strenuous in parts.

B Our alternative walk is along Glen Ey to Altenour Lodge this is all on track with minimal ascent

Walkers must wear walking boots, warm and waterproof clothing, hat and gloves and take plenty food and liquids. THESE ARE ESSENTIAL. Be prepared for possible poor weather conditions.
